3. SMS / Text Messaging
Radioactive Ink only sends text messages to people who opt in. Our SMS program, Radioactive Ink Text Updates, covers tattoo inquiries, consultations, appointment scheduling and reminders, and promotions/specials.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use trusted service providers (such as our messaging and scheduling platform) solely to operate our business and communicate with you, or disclose information when required by law.
5. Facebook & Instagram Lead Forms
When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta provides us the information you entered. Meta’s own handling of your data is governed by Meta’s privacy policy.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, or meet legal requirements.
